Since forming in 2011, the Electrically Based Engineering Student Society (EBESS) has expanded to a community of over 850 students within the University of Queensland representing students from the following engineering disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Software Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering.
